Return/Exchange

We offer a 30 Day return window on purchases. See our Refund Policy page for further details.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with, and
  4. Your request.

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request

and most importantly

  1. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the product or the damaged area of the item.

*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and issue clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future production. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

When will my order arrive?

Processing time is 1-3 days, followed by shipping time of 4-8 days. After placing an order, item(s) will be delivered between 5-11 days. (Delays may occur, but are not typically expected).

What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. However, items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Where does AquaSmile ship from and where does it ship to?

AquaSmilel products are shipped from the United States to other United States addresses. As demand increases, RenWell may expand to ship internationally. For now, we are a small business operating to and from states.
